Lemon Butter Pasta

    Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon flour
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Parsley, to garnish

  • Step 1

    In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter on medium-high heat. When the butter is melted, add minced garlic.

    Sauté until golden and fragrant. Then, add flour and stir to combine.

    Deglaze the pan by adding white wine. Turn the heat down to low and let the alcohol cook off. Let reduce until as much liquid evaporates as was added.

    Turn the heat back up to medium-high and add lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir to combine.
