Oatmeal Pancakes

  • Prep Time:5 minutes
  • Cook Time:8-10 minutes
  • Total Time:15-20 minutes

    Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 egg

  • Step 1

    Turn the stove on to medium heat and spray a pan with non-stick spray or coconut oil.

    In a medium sized bowl mash up the banana.

    Add the egg and stir together.

    Once mixed, add the oats and stir until thoroughly mixed into a nice batter.

    Using a ladle or large spoon, scoop the batter and pour into an even circle in the pan.

    Wait until the bottom starts to look firm and well cooked before flipping.

    When both sides are thoroughly cooked put on a plate and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon or fruit for flavor.

  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

    Place berries into a saucepan and cover with ½ cup of sugar.

    Bring to a rolling boil.

    Reduce heat to medium-low for 10-12 minutes.
