You’ve seen them, I’ve seen them, and pretty much everyone else has seen the viral videos of the infamous making of rolled cream. Rolled cream is a famous treat from Thailand, where a liquid base and solid ingredient (cookie or fruit) is mixed on a frozen metal plate to form a sheet that is then broken up, rolled, and placed inside a cup. Sounds cool, huh?
