Whether you are as single as they get or you’re blessed with a long term relationship, Starbucks is ready to help you celebrate this Valentine’s Day with three new drink flavors that are only available this week.

From today until Feb. 14, you can try each of these new molten chocolate flavors guaranteed to set your heart on fire. Of course, we had to taste for ourselves and here is what we thought.

Molten Chocolate Latte

What’s in it: This drink features chocolaty chips melted into espresso as well as a bittersweet mocha sauce blended into the steamed milk. The drink is then topped with a mocha and espresso-flavored whipped cream and an espresso mocha drizzle.

What we thought: Can you even call this drink a latte? It pretty much tastes like a mocha on steroids, not that that’s a bad thing of course. There’s no way I could finish this entire thing. It’s too decadent.

What’s in it: Essentially a Java Chip Frappuccino on crack, this drink incorporates coffee blended with a rich mocha sauce, chocolaty chips, a splash of milk and ice. Also, like the Molten Chocolate Latte, this drink is finished with mocha and espresso-flavored whipped cream and an espresso mocha drizzle.

What we thought: This drink is straight up chocolate milk, like old school Nestle powdered chocolate milk. There is just so much going on with this one that it coats your tongue in chocolate. I can get down with the whipped cream, though. Can I just order a tub of this whipped cream to go?

What’s in it: Perhaps the most decadent of the trio, this drink melts a bittersweet mocha sauce and chocolaty chips in steamed milk and is topped with the same mocha and espresso-flavored whipped cream and espresso mocha drizzle as the other two drinks.

What we thought: That is some damn good hot chocolate. Hands down the favorite of the three which is disappointing because there is no coffee actually in the drink. It’s decadent without being overpowering.

I think I’ll drown my single sorrows in a Venti Molten Hot Chocolate this Valentine’s Day.

No matter your relationship status, pop by Starbucks sometime this week to try for yourself the new molten flavors. If you’re trying to save money for your boo this Valentine’s Day, then skip the line and try making these frappuccinos at home.
