Sadly the holidays are over and all you’re left with is a pounds of turkey, jeans that fit a little tighter, and slices on slices of boring, old pumpkin pie. l don’t know about you, but leftovers aren’t necessarily at the top of my list of things that I want to dig into.

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

    Ingredients

  • 1 large slice pumpkin pie
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)

    Combine ingredients (except whipped cream) and blend until smooth.

Pumpkin Pie Truffles

  • 1 large slice pumpkin pie
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

    Mash pumpkin pie in large bowl until crust is incorporated throughout filling.

    Form tablespoon-sized balls of pumpkin pie mixture and place in freezer for at least 20 minutes.
