I have been cooking since the age of four and working in restaurants and on food trucks since I was 15. You may have seen me on "Man Vs Child: Chef Showdown" on the FYI or the A&E Network. I have also been featured at the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York, having won a runner-up position in their meatball competition, and I was recently named a James Beard Scholar and a Coca-Cola Scholar. Outside cooking, you can find me studying, doing improv, watching Netflix, or volunteering in my community.
