I'm tall and blonde and an outside hitter on Stanford's varsity volleyball team. I love English and Latin, reading and writing, and have a deep love for the SF MOMA. I'm a gluten-free gal living in a gluten-filled world and I'm passionate about food, but mostly the healthy kind. For me, food and nutrition go hand in hand and healthy can be hard and frustrating and I'm definitely not perfect at it. But food is fuel and food is medicine, and my hope is to integrate this perspective into my work with Spoon University. Did I mention I'm a student-athlete, a self-proclaimed nerd, and Whole Foods is my spirit animal? Well, that pretty much sums me up.
