I've loved cooking and food from a very young age. I've worked in restaurants (pizza and Italian cuisine) since middle school in my hometown of Evanston, Illinois. My junior year of high-school, I moved across the country to Seattle, Washington, where I continued to work in a kitchen (Lark and Bitter Raw). As well as working in a professional setting, I love to cook at home for my family, and record my recipes all of the time.
