This past year I’ve immersed myself in Miami’s culture, trying Cuban, Peruvian and many-a seafood dishes, all while experiencing Miami’s food scene blow up. I’ve spent time eating my way across the U.S., exploring city after city on a cross-country road trip to California and back. These experiences from the past year have developed my love for food, the stories & culture food represents and the people interconnected between the dishes, experiences and stories. I’m excited to continue my food journey in NYC, while attending NYU’s Food Studies Program.
