No one can deny an occasional sweet tooth. Whether it’s a quick stop in Kilwin’s or a special treat from Yogurtland, sometimes you just have to put nutrition aside. However, Weight Watchers now gives a new option for those looking for a little sweetness without the added guilt. Their line of smoothie drink mixes is a delicious way to fill that dessert craving, while getting a good source of calcium, protein, and fiber. Their flavors include french vanilla and chocolate, and both have over 60 percent more calcium than one cup of milk. Sounds pretty good for a smoothie!

While the Weight Watchers smoothie package comes with a recipe book, I have my own personal way of making it. With just six simple ingredients,  a quick dessert or healthy snack is just minutes away!

Easy

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time:10 minutes

Servings: Makes about one cup

Ingredients:
1 packet Weight Watchers smoothie mix (french vanilla or chocolate)
1 cup ice
2 scoops peanut butter
½ cup almond milk (can also use regular milk)
¾ banana
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Tip: If you don’t have a blender I would recommend getting a Magic Bullet as a cheaper alternative
