Because Sriracha tastes good on literally everything, we decided to put it on this week’s Toast of the Week. We dressed it up with some cheddar, prosciutto and roasted red peppers and then we patted ourselves on the back for being OG’s. Make this Sriracha cheddar with prosciutto & roasted peppers toast, and you’ll feel like a gangster too.

1 slice cheddar cheese
2 slices prosciutto
1 slice toast
4 slices roasted red bell pepper
1. Lay cheese on toast.
2. Drape prosciutto over toast.
3. Place roasted peppers over toast.
4. Bake at 400ºF for 5 minutes.
5. Drizzle Sriracha over the toast and enjoy. So hottt.
