    Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 2 zucchini, shredded
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 egg

    Add olive oil, minced garlic, shredded zucchini, salt and pepper to a pan.
