DIY Dino Egg Oatmeal

    Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dino sprinkles
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Step 1

    Melt 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of unsalted butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

    Add 1/4 cup of dinosaur sprinkles to melted mixture and stir until coated.

    Add mixture to plastic baggie and add 1 cup of confectioner’s sugar. Shake bag until fully coated and eggs have formed.

    Add 3 cups of instant oats to a large mixing bowl.

    Blend 2 cups of oats in blender until powder. Add to bowl.
