We all have those days where we are craving more than the leftovers and yogurt we keep in our refrigerators. To avoid the bland depths of our ice boxes, I recommend keeping this 2-ingredient smoked salmon dip on hand at all times.

This recipe takes less than five minutes, but will taste like a fine dining experience. Served on sliced cucumber or artisan crackers, this dip is a crowd-pleaser by all means and will satisfy both your college laziness and your craving for real flavor.
