Cinnamon Toast Crunch is so classic that I already had a box in my dorm room to use for this recipe. This childhood cereal still hasn’t gotten old, and pancakes sure never will. Here’s the formula for combining two of the greatest staples together. You’re welcome.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pancakes

- Cook Time:10 minutes
- Total Time:15 minutes
- Servings:6 extra large pancakes
- 3 cup pancake mix
- 2 cup water
- 2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch, crushed
- 1/4 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 6 tablespoon cream cheese frosting
Mix pancake batter as directed on package (our box said 2 cups of water, but follow your box). Gradually add in 2 cups of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch to the batter.
Make about 6 extra large pancakes on a griddle or the stove. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese frosting in between each pancake as you stack them.
Top your pancakes with 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and 1 tablespoon of actual cinnamon.
