    Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup lemon sorbet
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • 2 watermelon wedges
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: Popsicle molds
  • Optional: Vodka and tequila

  • Step 1

    In a food processor or blender, blend watermelon, sorbet and lemon zest until very smooth.

    Pour into a pitcher or jug. Stir in 1 ½ cups cold water; cover and refrigerate until cold.
