Ramen is the classic college student food staple, but after endless nights with those Cup Noodles, they start to lose their appeal. Here are a couple of ways to spice up the dozens of ramen noodle packets stuffed in your drawers.

Ramen Noodle Soup

This ramen soup allows you to really play with the recipe. I chose to use edamame, because it’s convenient to pick up at the C-store, but you can also use sugar snap peas, scallions or whatever vegetable suits you. Also, if you don’t have cayenne pepper, try using sriracha sauce or another hot sauce to enhance the flavor.
