What do you do when you need to use it before you loose it but the thought of another smoothie is borderline depressing? Change it up and try these recipes to turn your basic Greek yogurt into a healthy 3-course meal.

Tzatziki Dip

    Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon dill
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Step 1

    Finely dice cucumber.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.

Greek Yogurt Grilled Chicken

    Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, olive oil and salt to taste.

  • Step 2

    Place chicken and Greek yogurt mixture in a plastic bag to marinate for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Heat grill pan over medium heat and grill chicken 6 minutes each side, or until you see bomb grill marks.

Microwave Apple Crumble

  • Prep Time:5 minutes
  • Cook Time:2 minutes
  • Total Time:7 minutes

    Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 vanilla wafer cookies

  • Step 1

    Slice apple.

  • Step 2

    Place apples in a microwave safe bowl and sprinkle cinnamon and sugars on top.

  • Step 3

    Break up butter and sprinkle on top.

  • Step 4

    Cook in microwave for 2 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle top with crushed wafers and add a scoop of Greek yogurt.
