The name of this dish sounds fancy, but once you break down each component, it’s actually as easy as a plain old chicken breast. But that’s boring.

Get inspired by the epic tunes of this video and then try out this recipe for yourself. If you’re not a fan of pork loin, swap it out for a steak, or, the boring ol’ chicken breast. I guess we won’t judge.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 pork chop
1 egg
1 tomato
1 green bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:

Pork:
1. Season pork with taco seasoning on both sides.
2. Heat up pan and lightly drizzle oil.
3. When pan is hot, sear for 4 minutes per side.

Vegetables:
1. Chop tomato, bell pepper, and garlic into tiny cubes.
2. Heat up pan and lightly drizzle oil.
3. Sauté vegetables for 4~5 minutes, until slightly tender.

Egg:
1. Heat up and pan and slightly drizzle oil.
2. Fry egg for 1~2 minutes, until whites are cooked but yolk is runny.

Sauce:
1. Mix peanut butter and soy sauce until smooth.

Combine everything, and enjoy.
