Ginger Rum Shandy

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup Apple Juice
  • ½ cup Wheat Beer
  • 1 oz Ginger
  • 2 oz Rum

  • Step 1

    Mix water, sugar and ginger in a sauce pan and let it reduce for 25 mins.

    In a tall glass add 2 shots of rum.
