How do you make the creamiest hummus up to date? Just add peanut butter. This peanut butter hummus is the creamiest out there, no tahini needed.

3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter*
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
3 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
1 garlic clove, mashed
7 tablespoons water

1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
2. Place all ingredients except water in the food processor.
3. Process while slowly adding water 1 tablespoon at a time and blend until smooth.

* Use peanut butter that is only comprised of roasted peanuts. Unlike more processed peanuts butters, these butters that are made strictly from peanuts, contain no trans-fats or added sugars.
