We’ve all been there. You’re lying in bed reminiscing about that time you sat around a campfire with all your friends and stuffed your face with warm, gooey s’mores. But then you realize it’s the middle of winter and the ground is frozen solid and the chances of you standing outside long enough to even cook the marshmallow are slim to none.

So what do you do? You whip out this recipe and get your s’mores fix right in your dorm.

S'mores Dip

  • Prep Time:3 minutes
  • Cook Time:2 minutes
  • Total Time:5 minutes
  • Servings:1
  • Easy

    Ingredients

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon mini marshmallows
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 large strawberries, for dipping
  • Step 1

Spray an 8-oz. mug with cooking spray.

  • Step 2

Add the graham cracker crumbs and butter, mix, and pat down with a spoon. Add the chocolate chips and then the marshmallows.

  • Step 3

Cover and microwave until the marshmallows and chips melt, about 1 minute (more than that and the chocolate could scorch). Sprinkle with the cinnamon and serve with the whole strawberries for dipping.
