Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

    Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 green or red pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup marinara
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 individual cheese strings

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375ºF and grease muffin tin. Mix together flour, baking powder, and spices.

  • Step 2

    Combine dry mixture with milk and egg, stir well.

  • Step 3

    Add in grated cheese, peppers, and pepperoni, stir well.

  • Step 4

    Fill muffin tins with mixture, then place string cheese chunk in each well. Cover the top of the beautiful string cheese with pizza filling.

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle pepperoni on top.

  • Step 6

    Bake for 20 minutes until they’re a sexy golden brown. Serve with warm marinara for a sensational dipping experience.
