In my high school years I decided to test the fact that “acid curdles milk” but, with ice cream (because why not)? Turns out the workers at Chick-fil-A also created this “icedream” concoction before it became an official menu item. Who knew lemonade and ice cream would be a perfect pair? You can replicate this right at home, without any fancy mixers. Now grab your spoon because it’s easy as 1, 2, 3.

#SpoonTip: If you prefer a less lemon-y version, use short of 2 tablespoons. 1 1/2 works just as well. Adjust according to the amount of ice cream you use. The creaminess will also depend on the quality of the ice cream you use. By using Dryers Ice Cream, I achieved a custard-like texture.
