    Ingredients

  • 1 everything bagel thin
  • 3/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 wedge herb & garlic cheese
  • 2 slices tomato
  • Handful fresh spinach leaves
  • Sliced avocado
  • Kosher salt
  • Hot sauce

  • Step 1

    First, toast up your bagel thin.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl, add the egg whites and spinach, then microwave for a minute and a half.

    Spread your garlic herb butter on both sides. Add tomatoes and the egg white patty.
