Growing up, Fruity Pebbles were always my cereal of choice. Luckily, I had really cool parents who always let me consume more than enough of this sugary cereal on a daily basis (shoutout to my mom and dad). If you’re anything like me and love a super sweet start to the day, these Fruity Pebbles Pancakes are just for you.

Make pancake mix as directed on your package (our box said 2 cups of water). Gradually add in 2 cups of crushed Fruity Pebbles cereal.
Make at least 5 extra large pancakes. Spread 1 tablespoon of vanilla frosting and a sprinkling of Fruity Pebbles in between each layer as you stack your pancakes (don’t forget frosting on the top layer).
