Fireball Cinnamon Pancakes

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup complete pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup or 1 shot Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • Step 1

    Mix together the pancake mix and water. You can also add some olive oil if you want to smooth it out a little.

    Add a shot of Fireball Whiskey, chocolate chips, and cinnamon to the mix.

    Pour about 1/4 of batter on to a buttered pan and cook each pancake until the edges start to bubble. Flip and let cook for 2 minutes.
