You won’t need to start a campfire for these melt-in-your-mouth s’mores truffles! This treat is sweet, savory and straight to the point. We are bringing your campfire favorite straight to the kitchen.

- 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, boiling
- 24 mini marshmallows
- 2-3 graham crackers
Measure chocolate chips in a large bowl and heat heavy cream until it boils.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Mix heavy cream and chocolate until combined. Freeze the mixture for 1 hour until set.
Once the truffle mixture is firm enough to roll, scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture and flatten it on a baking sheet.
Place 2 mini marshmallows in the center and pinch the chocolate around it so that the mallows are hidden.
Roll the truffle balls in a bowl of graham cracker crumbs.
Once the truffles are filled and rolled, refrigerate for up to 5 days until ready to be served.
