The controversial Shamrock Shake returned to McDonald’s everywhere February 17 and will be available until St. Patrick’s Day. Now, I’ve long been a shameless supporter of this beverage and make a point of getting one every year. However, a bit of research and discovering what the ingredients list looks like convinced me to make my own version from now on. The fact that it takes under five ingredients was added motivation! It’s so easy and scrumptious; you’ll definitely want to make enough to share.
