A few weeks ago, I ate at Nuba for the first time, which is a restaurant in Vancouver that I have always had my eye on. Upon looking at the drinks menu, my eyes instantly locked on "Ginger Milk." It instantly intrigued me because I knew it would be the perfect cozy drink to have alongside some out-of-this-world hummus and tabouli. I loved this drink so much that I've come up with my own easy recipe while I watch those last few inches of snow melt.
