After a summer of refining my coffee tastes and downing espresso, I made the investment in a portable espresso maker from Wacaco. For the past month or two, I've been primarily experimenting with mochas. Most people automatically turn to syrups or pre-made powders when making espresso drinks at home, but I wanted the real deal. This cinnamon mocha recipe is what I found to taste the best.
