    Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup popped amaranth
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Measure all ingredients into a small bowl.

    Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Next, line a baking tray.
