Servings: 1 large or 2 small smoothies

Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced or broken into quarters
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
optional: 1-2 teaspoons honey

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender for about 90 seconds. Enjoy immediately.
