One of my favorite pizza toppings is crunchy pepperoni. Note that I said crunchy, not limp, not partially crunchy, but full on wow-this-is-amazing crunchy pepperoni. That being said, as much as I love pepperoni I know that I really shouldn’t eat pizza on a weekly basis. Instead of wallowing in my pepperoni-less misery, I took on the challenge and made these tasty pepperoni chips. Warm up a little marinara sauce to dunk them in and you’ve made yourself an easy appetizer to any meal.
