1. T/ACO
If there are any tacos in the Boulder County area you have to try, they would be from T/ACO. The ahi and the carnitas tacos are always a good choice, but almost anything on the menu is guaranteed to satisfy.
2. Taco Junky
Taco Junky is conveniently located right on the hill for any of your mid-day to late-night Taco needs. The Asado tacos are a fan favorite and the salsa verde is spectacular. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat on the hill, be sure to give Taco Junky a try.
3. Tahona Tequila Bistro
Street tacos and margaritas are Tahona's specialty. They have it all from tasty veggie tacos to duck tacos if you're feeling out of the ordinary. If you're really in a Taco Tuesday mood, head over to Tahona for $2 tacos and a great time.
