The Oregon campus is now officially #blessed. If you haven’t already had the opportunity to eat at Sweet Life Patisserie, the most popular dessert destination in the Eugene area, you’ll definitely want to check out the new location next to Prince Puckler’s on 19th and Agate. The current location is on Monroe street, a whole 2.6 miles away from campus. Now, the chance to get one of a myriad of sweets is just a few blocks away. If you need evidence about Sweet Life’s greatness, see for yourself:

Sweet Life was started by owners Catherine and Cheryl Reinhart and has a friendly environment and famous desserts that have sparked lines out the door. The menu includes cakes of all kind (cheesecake, cupcake, wedding cakes, etc.), pies, brownies, éclairs, cream puffs, cookies and so much more. The offerings also boast an impressive gluten-free selection. Sweet Life does have ice cream as well, but with Prince Puckler’s next door, it’s unclear if it will be served at its new location, Sweet Life Petite.

The coolest part about all this? Eugene tea house, J-TEA International, is also opening its second location in between Sweet Life and Prince Puckler’s. J-TEA houses an impressive variety of teas to sip as well as loose leaf and packaged teas from all over the world for purchase. It also hosts educational classes on tea tasting to compare flavors and ages of tea. Customers have also applauded J-TEA for its calming, serene environment.

At this rate, the 19th and Agate food hub will be one of the best in Eugene. With an impressive list already consisting of Beppe & Gianni’s, McMenamins, Studio One, Agate Alley and of course, Prince Puckler’s, this corner officially has the strongest dessert and brunch game in Eugene.
