If you’re in the Miami area, you need to visit Barton G in South Beach. This restaurant is, as its website describes it, “an experience like no other.” Each drink, meal, and side dish is presented in the coolest/most literal way possible, not to mention that it’s actually good too.

Barton G has a Below Zero Nitro-Bar and drinks contain liquid nitrogen at -320° F. Take this Sabrinatini, for example. The restaurant’s signature martini has orange vodka, watermelon liqueur, a nitro-champagne swizzle stick, and a chocolate monkey. A cooling drink and a chocolate monkey? Sign me up.

Food is displayed in the most incredible way, and is often ironic as well. Above is the Mouse Trap Mac & Cheese which is presented on a literal mouse trap. This mac and cheese tastes as good as it looks, and that’s saying a lot.

And here’s the Laughing Bird Popcorn Chicken. The amount of amazing food pictures only continues on Barton G’s Instagram, check it out for yourself. You cannot go wrong with any dish and each time your waiter comes to your table with something new, it’s a whole fun, new surprise.

The creativity does not end with just meals, the dessert is unbelievable as well. This Chocolate Indulgence was possibly the best thing to ever happen to me, not to mention that it came out with sparklers.

This place is amazing and you have to try it, at least once just to get the experience. The only thing to be wary of at Barton G is that everything does add up. They even bring your bill out on a little card that reads “The Damage.”
