#SpoonTip: If you really want to get down with your bad self, try switching out the almond butter for some Nutella. You can also swap for sunbutter if you want to make them nut-free. 

Gluten Free Fluffernutter Cookies

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together almond butter and egg until well combined.

Add in marshmallow fluff and stir lightly until swirled through.
