No matter if this is your first fall in B-town or your last, this list will guarantee that you make the most of all the seasonal offerings in town. So before peppermint and gingerbread flavors take over, try to hit as many of these as possible before they are gone.

You can do no wrong at FARMbloomington with their seasonally changing menus. This year’s fall-inspired soup, served with pepitas, will especially warm up your soul.

7. Pumpkin Cookies at Baked

When pumpkin dough arrives at Baked each year I try to get over to third street ASAP. Try this dough with white and dark chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, you’ll thank me later. Give these heavenly cookies some respect and eat them when they’re fresh out of the oven. (P.S. This season they also have apple cinnamon oatmeal dough.)

8. Pumpkin Ice Cream at The Chocolate Moose

Pumpkin ice cream might freak some people out but this flavor from Chocolate Moose isn’t extremely overwhelming. The balanced pumpkin flavor would pair nicely with a scoop of their cinnamon ice cream. Even though it’s starting to get a little chilly in B-town, you can warm this flavor up with some hot fudge and graham crackers.

9. Pumpkin Pie Spinner at Hartzell’s

Bloomington

Would you rather eat ice cream or a slice of pie? Fortunately you don’t have to choose.  At Hartzell’s, they mix in a whole slice of pumpkin pie in each spinner so you can get the best of both worlds.

10. Pumpkin Bread with Rum Sauce at BLU Boy

BLU Boy offers many seasonal treats but their pumpkin bread is really a standout. Eat a slice or two with one of their warm drinks for a perfect fall morning.
