First off their super healthy bringing in a bunch of proteins, vitamins, and minerals that your body needs to function. They are low in carbs but high in fat. So all in all a safe and healthy choice to eat when prepping for finals.

Almonds

Here is something that comes in a variety of different forms such as just the nut, toasted or plain, and even as milk. This is a great source of food for those who are on a gluten-free diet. While these nuts are a source of protein, they are not considered a complete source.
