If you don't already know, a company known as Lenny & Larry's makes vegan cookies that have added protein and less sugar than a regular cookie. While each cookie is two servings, the whole cookies range from 360-400 calories. The cookies are soft and chewy and are available in many different flavors. Listed below is my unofficial ranking of the flavors I tried.
8. Birthday Cake
While this cookie was one of the more aesthetically pleasing, the flavor wasn't my favorite. It had a slightly chemical-ish taste that none of the other cookies had. It was nice and sweet, though, and had lots of colorful sprinkles.
7. Oatmeal Rasin
Many times, oatmeal cookies are thought to be disappointing. However, Lenny & Larry's managed to pull it off. The chewy cookie was loaded with oats, raisins, and a lovely cinnamon flavor.
6. Chocolate Chip
Lenny & Larry's executed this classic flavor well. The cookie was perfectly chewy and had a good amount of chocolate chips.
5. Lemon Poppy Seed
While I didn't expect much from this cookie, the bold lemon flavor paired with the crispy poppy seeds was definitely a winner. The citrus flavor was prominent but not overpowering, and it lent some nice tartness to the cookie.
4. Peanut Butter
Peanut butter cookies are my favorite kind of cookie, so I was looking forward to this flavor the most. The peanut butter flavor of this cookie did not let me down. This cookie was rich, peanut-buttery, and chewy-- aka the ultimate trifecta.
3. Snickerdoodle
I have always loved snickerdoodles due to their sugary, cinnamon-filled flavor profile. Lenny & Larry's nailed this cookie, creating a bite that was even coated in a delicious cinnamon sugar mixture.
2. Double Chocolate
If you are a chocolate lover, this one is for you. This chocolate cookie is deliciously studded with chocolate chips for an out-of- this-world bite. It's exactly what you would want from a double chocolate cookie.
1. White Chocolate Macadamia
And we have a winner! Lenny & Larry's took their basic cookie base and amped it up with white chocolate and macadamia nuts. The white chocolate adds a creamy and smooth touch, while the nuts add a nice crunch to the cookie.
