There are people like me who cannot live without chicken. Fried chicken is food for the soul (for all non-vegetarians), but deep-fried anything is not healthy if you want to stay fit. Therefore, opt for the healthy and delicious grilled chicken.

#SpoonTip: try it with some mint sauce.

4. Soup

There are infinite reasons why you should also be eating spinach: it is loaded with Vitamin B, fights cholesterol, strengthens your immune system and is even good for your eyes and skin. Remember Cartoon Network’s Popeye, the sailor man and his power-source, the spinach can? As kids, we sure were inspired to eat spinach thanks to him. So, next time make a spinach salad to keep your body, brain and stomach happy and healthy.

6. Kiwi
