Although this diet plan may seem super fetch, your sweatpants will be all that fits you if you follow these tips.

Don’t drink cranberry juice for 72 hours straight and try to shy away from replacing your healthy carbs with butter. The real tricks to health are healthy moderation, a healthy mindset, and a healthily exercised body.
