It’s that time of the year again when everyone is so over Bruff’s typical offerings. You may even find yourself running low on Wavebucks an unable to splurge in the LBC food court. Check out these hidden gems at Bruff that will make going to the dining hall a bit more bearable.
1. Almond and Coconut Milk
The mini fridge in the corner contains a whole array of dairy-free milks including almond milk and coconut milk. For some odd reason, Bruff decided that the best place to put the honey was along with the ice cream toppings. This bizarre placement means that Honey Bear often gets overlooked and left behind. Bruff breadsticks are commonly overlooked in the dark corner of the pizza station. These little guys are the perfect combination of crispy and fluffy and go great with salad, pizza, pasta, or even by themselves. If you find that you start craving them at every meal, you might want to read this article to find out why.
4. Shelled Eggs
Most of the early rising omelette-eaters will know that you can ask for “shelled eggs” instead of the substitute that Bruff normally uses. The homestyle feel of these eggs makes the early wake-up worth it.
5. Veggie Burger
The veggie burger is my Bruff staple and has saved my life on many occasions. While the line at the back grill may get tiresome, this veggie burger is definitely worth the wait. The burger will become your go-to at Bruff and it’s perfect for anyone, not just vegetarians.
