It’s a well known fact, that the state of Vermont has more cows than people; so obviously, we have to know how to handle our milk. Since there is so much of this creamy goodness around, Vermonters have to get pretty creative when it comes to taste. Local dairy farms like Kimball Brook Farm, are taking milk to a whole other level by creating tons of different flavors.
