Have you ever had someone tell you that granola is fattening and you’re just wasting your time attempting to lose weight? Yeah, I don’t like hearing it either. I’m in college; do you expect me to grab caviar next time I’m at the grocery store? Do they even sell that at HEB? Let’s be honest, there are much worse things you could be putting in your body. Tell the granola haters to back off for a second because I found some delicious and low-fat (if you’re into that) recipes.
