June is upon us and summer is in full swing. We’re talking graduations, flip flops, the last day of school, and that first summer drive to the ocean. This year, expect lots of lemonade too (s/o Beyonce).

FroYo is perfect for so many reasons. It’s a trendy dessert you can enjoy without feeling guilty. Seriously, check out some of these health benefits. Also, you can add as many toppings as you want. And it always looks perfect for the Insta.

June 6 – National Applesauce Cake Day

What even is applesauce cake? You’re gonna want to find out. Check out this delicious applesauce cake recipe with salted caramel glaze. Yes, you read that right.

June 7 – National Chocolate Ice Cream Day

Okay, it is literally so easy to celebrate this one. Maybe you’ll visit your town’s classic spot, or you’ll try that new ice cream place everyone’s talking about. Either way, make sure to choose the most chocolatey item they offer. Need some inspo for where to go? Got you covered.

June 10 – National Iced Tea Day

Who doesn’t love a sweet southern iced tea? With so many fruity combinations out there, make sure you get creative this year. I’ll even help you out by sharing this fantastic adult iced tea.

June 13 – National Cucumber Day

It just never gets old. But terrifying your cat is just a little cruel. Instead, try one of these cucumber detox waters and add your favorite fruits. A cucumber face mask is also a sweet idea. If you’re hungry, this cucumber-avocado-tomato salad or cucumber pita pocket might do the trick.

June 15 – National Lobster Day

Beyonce might take him to Red Lobster, how ’bout you? Some lobster dishes can also be made at home.

June 17 – Eat All Your Veggies Day

At this point, you’ve gotten enough sweets to celebrate. Don’t forget to honor those veggies that keep you healthy and strong. Sorry if I sound like your personal trainer, but it’s true. Veggies make great on-the-go snacks, or you can even roast them up with a nice dinner.

June 18 – International Picnic Day

Pick up a red-checkered blanket and head to the park, the beach, or the docks. Since June 18 is also National Sushi Day and Cherry Tart Day, here’s a cherry tart recipe, a unique sushi burrito, and sushi in a jar you can try. There are so many fun picnic snacks out there.

June 21 – National Peaches and Cream Day
