  • 2 tablespoon dried fruit
  • 2 tablespoon walnut pieces

    Slice your apple into bite size pieces, add apple, dried fruit (I used cranberries and raisins), nuts and a few dashes of cinnamon to your oatmeal, drizzle with honey.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1-2 ablespoon sunflower butter

    Place spinach in a bowl and heat for 15-30 seconds in your microwave until wilted.

    Add wilted spinach, sunflower seeds, and sunflower butter to your prepared oatmeal. Top with salt and pepper to taste.

Shakshuka Oats

    Sauté your vegetables until they're slightly golden (at this point add optional seasonings). At the same time cook your egg however you prefer; a runny yolk is particularly amazing stirred into oats but it thats not your style cook it all the way through. You could also poach or scramble your egg if you desire.

    Top your oatmeal with vegetables, egg, and salt and pepper.

Banana Split Oats
