Cinco De Mayo, or more commonly known as Cinco De Drinko, has come to an end and the partiers are left with a surplus of unused tortillas from their fiesta. Now, as the week carries on, you need to be able to use those up. I’ve decided that homemade elephant ears would be the best way to put them to use. Here are few quick recipes you do with your leftovers to mimic one of our favorite carnival treats.

1. Cinnamon, Sugar and Everything Nice: Yes, you will now be taught that you can make your own street fair snack from your leftovers. All you need is one tortilla, some olive oil and some butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Fry that tortilla up in a pan, put that fried  tortilla on a paper plate, let it cool and then add your butter while sprinkling cinnamon and sugar.

2. Hide your kids, hide your wife, we’re having garlic tonight: If you want to add a little Italy to your dinner, simply do the same steps as above- fry the tortilla, let it cool, and swap the cinnamon and sugar for the garlic salt and butter. This will an extremely satisfying snack if you are looking for something a little less dessert-like.

3. Oh, honey: Here’s a simple and sticky mess that’ll have you licking your fingers clean. This homemade elephant ear requires one fried tortilla, butter, a sprinkle of sugar and then drizzle it with sweet and sticky honey. If you want to spice it up even more, you could add a bit the cinnamon. Your lips and finger tips will be sticky, but your taste buds will thank you.
