Grilled Peach Crostini

    Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 peach
  • 1 handful arugula
  • Salt and pepper
  • Honey
  • Balsamic vinegar

    Gather the ingredients.

    Heat up the grill pan.

    Mix olive oil and crushed garlic in a small dish. Then spread onto both sides of the bread.
